Return and Refund Policy

At Epcot Digitizing, we strive to deliver top-quality embroidery digitizing and vector art services. Due to the nature of custom digital work, our return and refund policy is defined as follows:

1. No Returns on Digital Deliverables
All services provided are digital and customized as per client specifications. Once the final files are delivered, they cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy
No Refunds will be issued after the final file has been delivered and approved.

In cases where the client is not satisfied with the initial output, we offer free minor revisions to meet expectations (as per our revision policy).

A refund may only be considered before any work has been started and must be requested in writing.

3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
If an order is canceled after partial work has been done, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Example:
If 50% of the work is completed, the refund will be 50% of the paid amount.

4. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear and accurate instructions when placing the order. Refunds will not be issued due to vague, incomplete, or incorrect instructions.

5. Quality Assurance
We are committed to ensuring quality. If you believe the file delivered has technical issues (e.g., not running properly on a machine or poor stitch quality), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will fix the issue at no additional charge.

6. Communication and Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us first. We are always willing to resolve issues promptly and fairly through clear communication.
