These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Epcot Digitizing. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
We provide professional embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, and artwork cleanup services primarily for apparel, caps, t-shirts, and related products. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, production-ready files with fast turnaround times.
Orders can be placed via email, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.
Standard turnaround time is 2 to 24 hours. Urgent (rush) orders may incur additional charges.
Final files are delivered in formats such as DST, EMB, PDF, PNG, SVG, or AI, based on client requirements.
Invoices are issued in USD and payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or direct bank transfer.
For long-term clients, Net-7 or Net-15 terms may be offered upon written agreement.
Late payments may result in a hold on future orders or the application of late fees.
We offer 1–2 minor revisions free of charge, provided they are within the original scope of the order.
Major changes or new artwork will be considered a new order and charged accordingly.
No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.
Cancellations are only possible if the work has not been started. If the order is partially completed, a partial charge will apply.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or content submitted is authorized for use.
We are not liable for copyright violations resulting from client-submitted materials.
All client data, artwork, and communication are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.
We reserve the right to change our pricing, service offerings, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable international business and digital service laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties (e.g., USA or Pakistan).
