Services Policy
At Epcot Digitizing, we are committed to delivering high-quality embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion services. This Services Policy outlines how our services operate, what is included, and the expectations from both parties to ensure a smooth working experience.
1. Scope of Services
We offer the following services:
Embroidery Digitizing: Converting artwork or logos into machine-ready embroidery files (EMB, DST, PES, PDF, JPG etc.)
Vector Conversion: Transforming raster images (JPEG, PNG) into clean, scalable vector formats ( AI, EPS, CDR, SVG PDF. JPG etc.)
Logo Cleanup & Redraw
Rush Orders with fast turnaround on request
All services are tailored to client specifications and delivered via email or digital transfer.
2. Order Process
Clients can place orders via email, or through our website (if applicable).
We require clear artwork and specific instructions (size, fabric type, color breakdown, file format, etc.) before starting work.
Each order is acknowledged, reviewed, and confirmed before processing.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround: 4 to 8 hours
Rush orders: As fast as 1–3 hours (additional charges may apply)
Turnaround times may vary based on design complexity and workload. Clients will be informed of any delays in advance.
4. File Formats Delivered
We provide files in the following formats, based on service type:
Embroidery files: DST, EMB, PES, JEF, EXP, PDF preview
Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG (transparent)
Files are emailed or shared via cloud links upon completion.
5. Revisions
We offer 1–2 free minor revisions per order if the changes are within the original design scope.
Any major edits or changes after final delivery—or due to incorrect client instructions—will be treated as a new order.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear, high-resolution artwork and complete instructions.
We are not responsible for errors caused by vague, missing, or incorrect client information.
It is the client’s responsibility to test embroidery files before production.
7. File Storage
We store completed project files for up to 60 days after delivery.
Clients may request re-sending files within this period free of charge.
8. Service Limitations
We do not create original logos or branding unless specifically agreed upon.
We do not guarantee stitch results if designs are used on unsuitable fabrics or machines without proper testing.
9. Communication & Support
We respond to queries during business hours [you can add: e.g., Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST].
Support is available via email and WhatsApp for active clients.
10. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with us, the client agrees to abide by our Services Policy and all related terms including our Refund, Revision, and Privacy Policies.
