Terms and Conditions:
- Balance must be paid on completion of work.
- Order delivery period will be 1 to 2 working days.
- Please proofread text and verify art work before approving your order.
- The client is responsible for proofreading (dates, spelling, logos, correct info, etc.)
- All information must be provided at onset of project.
- After approval any additional changes will result in additional charges.
- These stipulations will ensure a quicker turnaround in your project.
- Any information added after layout has been started or completed will result in additional charges.
Refund Policy:
- Should you not be ensured or satisfied by our response, you can lodge a refund at info@epcotdigitizing.com. Please do not forget to mention your order number, date of delivery and the name of person with whom you were dealing.
- Please note that epcotdigitizing.com has full rights to attempt to solve your disputes, and try to provide you with better solutions other than refunds. Should it not satisfy you, refund would surely be made.
- Any charges that have been incurred in transfer of funds to and from epcotdigitizing.com would not be reimbursed and payments would be made after deduction.
- Refunds would be subject to any taxation or services charges if applicable.
- Refunds would not be made to any other persons, company, website or projects on going at epcotdigitizing.com
